FAQ
Questions about AI automation
What people usually ask us before starting. If your question isn’t here, write to us and we will answer.
What does the free audit involve?
A 30-minute conversation about one specific process in your business. Beforehand you tell us how it works today; afterwards we send you, in writing, what we would automate first, with which tools, and an estimate of cost and timeline. No obligation.
How much does an automation project cost?
It depends on the process, the tools and the volume. That is why we don’t publish generic rates: after the audit we send a fixed-price proposal with the scope in writing. If the scope changes, we talk before going further.
How long until it’s running?
A first, well-scoped automation is usually live within a few weeks. Projects with several integrations or a lot of data take longer; the exact timeline is in the proposal.
Do I need to change my tools?
Usually not. We work with what you already use: your email, CRM, ERP and spreadsheets. We only suggest a change when the current tool blocks automation, and we explain why.
What happens to my data?
We process only the data the project needs, with providers that sign a data processing agreement and, where possible, host in the European Union. If data must stay on your own infrastructure, we plan it that way.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Workflows, code and accounts are in your company’s name, documented so your team or another vendor can maintain them.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Projects have a fixed scope, and monthly support is optional and can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
What if an automation stops working?
Every workflow logs its runs and alerts on failure. During the warranty period we fix defects at no cost; after that, under a support plan or per job.
Do you work with companies outside Spain?
Yes. We work remotely with companies in Spain, the rest of Europe and the United States, in English or Spanish.
Does my team need to code?
No. We leave it running, train the people who will use it, and document how to check and adjust the basics without touching code.
What don’t you automate?
What doesn’t pay off: processes that change every week, decisions that should stay with people, or tasks done twice a year. If that is your case, we will tell you in the audit.
Each service also has its own questions: see services.
Start with one process. Measure. Then scale.
Tell us which task eats your team’s time. In the free audit we tell you what to automate first, with which tools, and what it would cost.
