Your numbers, up to date, without building the report by hand

We bring together the data that now lives in your CRM, invoicing, online store and several spreadsheets, clean it, and turn it into a dashboard that updates itself. Monday’s report stops costing a morning.

01What we do

What we do

Data pipelines

We pull data from your tools every day or hour and keep it tidy in one place: a sheet, a database or a warehouse.

Well-defined KPIs

We agree with you what gets measured and how it is calculated, so “monthly sales” means the same thing to everyone.

Dashboards

In Looker Studio, Metabase or Power BI, with views for leadership, sales or operations and permission-based access.

Automated reports

The weekly summary arrives by email or Slack, with alerts when a metric moves out of its normal range.

02Why it matters

Why it matters

Decisions on today’s data

Not on the spreadsheet someone updated two weeks ago.

Reporting hours back

Copying, pasting and formatting figures every week is work that needs nobody.

One version of the truth

Every team looks at the same numbers, calculated the same way.

03How we do it

How we do it

  1. Questions before charts

We start from the decisions you make each week and the data you need to make them.

  2. Source inventory

Which systems hold that data, how to get it out and how good it is.

  3. A first dashboard in weeks

A useful version early and improvements based on real use, instead of a big project that takes months.

  4. Light maintenance

We watch the data loads and adjust when your tools change.

05Questions

Frequently asked questions

Looker Studio, Metabase or Power BI?

Looker Studio is free and fits if you work with Google; Power BI is the natural choice in Microsoft shops; Metabase is open source and can be self-hosted. We choose based on what you already use and who will read the dashboard.

Do I need a data warehouse?

Not always. With a few sources and moderate volume, a well-structured sheet or a small database is enough. We propose a warehouse only when volume or the number of sources justifies it.

Who can see each figure?

We set permissions per person or group, so each team sees its own data and sensitive data stays restricted.
