Pricing

A fixed price before we start

We don’t sell loose hours or generic packages. Each project is priced after we understand your process, with scope and price in writing.

02What matters

What the price depends on

Number of steps and exceptions

A linear workflow costs less than one with many branches and special cases.

Tools involved

Software with a good API integrates faster; software without one needs workarounds.

Volume and criticality

Ten documents a day is not a thousand, and an internal alert is not a payment.

Data quality

If data needs cleaning or merging before automating, it is included in the proposal.

03Running costs

What you pay separately, and why

Tool licences (n8n, Make, Zapier, your CRM) and AI model usage are billed straight to your company by each provider, with no mark-up from us. The proposal includes a monthly estimate so there are no surprises.

04Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t you publish prices?

Because two processes that look alike can cost very different amounts depending on tools, volume and exceptions. We would rather give you a real, fixed price after the audit than a generic figure that doesn’t hold.

How is a project paid?

By milestones agreed in the proposal, usually a part at the start and the rest with the deliveries. The exact terms are in writing.

What if the project takes more work than planned?

If it is down to our estimate, that is on us: the price is fixed. If you change the scope, we quote the change before doing it and you decide.

Start with one process. Measure. Then scale.

Tell us which task eats your team’s time. In the free audit we tell you what to automate first, with which tools, and what it would cost.
