Our automation consulting always follows the same order. You always know what we are doing, what you will receive and what it costs.
01 Audit
Thirty minutes on one specific process. Free, no obligation.
You tell us about a process that eats your team’s time: how it starts, who is involved, which tools it uses and where it gets stuck.
On the call we ask the questions that matter: volume, exceptions, sensitive data, what happens when something goes wrong.
You get: A written summary of what to automate first, with an estimate of cost and timeline.
02 Proposal
Fixed scope, timeline and price, in writing, before we start.
We describe what will be built and what won’t, with which tools, what we need from your side, and how we will measure whether it works.
The price is fixed for that scope. If you want to add something halfway through, we quote it separately before doing it.
You get: A fixed-price proposal with the agreed success metric.
03 Build
We build in your accounts, on real data, in short iterations.
We work in test environments and in your own accounts, so everything is in your name from day one.
You see progress every week. Before going live, we run it in parallel with the manual process until the results match.
You get: The automation running, documented, with your team trained.
04 Measure
We compare before and after against the agreed metric.
We measure what we agreed in the proposal: hours of work, response time, errors, or whatever makes sense in your case.
If the result isn’t what we expected, we analyse it with you and adjust. If it is, we decide together on the next process.
You get: A short report with before, after and recommended next steps.
05 Support
Monitoring, fixes and improvements, only if you need them.
Tools change and so do processes. With monthly support we watch the runs, fix failures and make small adjustments.
It is optional with no lock-in: if you prefer to maintain it yourself, we leave everything ready for you.
You get: Peace of mind: alerts handled and a direct line for changes.
