AI process automation, end to end

We connect the tools you already use and add AI agents where judgement is needed: reading an email, triaging a ticket, understanding a document. Your team stops copying and pasting and keeps the work that needs a person.

01What we do

What we do

Workflows

We design and build workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier, or in code when the tool falls short: onboarding, alerts, syncs, reports.

AI agents

Agents that read incoming email, attachments or tickets, pull out what matters, choose the next step by your rules and leave the work ready.

Human review where it counts

Every workflow has a checkpoint: the AI proposes, a person approves anything uncertain. Nothing leaves the company without the rule you decided on.

Logs and alerts

Every run is logged. If something fails, you hear about it before your customer does, with the reason and the record that caused it.

02Why it matters

Why it matters

Less repetitive work

Tasks done the same way every day are the first ones that should leave your team’s calendar.

Fewer copy errors

Data typed once is not mistyped into the second system.

Faster responses

An email that is triaged and routed immediately does not wait for someone to get out of a meeting.

03How we do it

How we do it

  1. We map the process

With you and with whoever does it every day: steps, exceptions, tools and how long it takes today.

  2. We pick the most valuable piece

We don’t automate everything at once. We start with the part that eats the most hours with the least risk.

  3. We build and test on real data

In a test environment first, then in parallel with the manual process until the results match.

  4. We measure and extend

We compare before and after. If it works, we move on to the next piece.

04Examples

What we automate

  • Order inbox

    Today
Someone opens every email, reads the order and types it into the ERP.
    Automated
An agent reads the email and the PDF, drafts the order and only flags it when something is missing.
    • Gmail
    • OpenAI
    • n8n
    • Odoo
  • Support ticket triage

    Today
Tickets land in a shared queue and get handed out manually every morning.
    Automated
Each ticket arrives tagged by topic and urgency, assigned to its team, with a draft reply.
    • Zendesk
    • Claude
    • Make
  • New customer onboarding

    Today
After signing, someone creates the record, the folder, the project and the welcome email by hand.
    Automated
When the deal is marked won, everything is created and the team gets a Slack message.

05Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which processes can be automated with AI?

The ones that repeat often, follow recognisable rules and start from written information: emails, forms, documents, tickets or spreadsheets. If someone can explain how they do it, at least part of it can usually be automated.

n8n, Make, Zapier or custom code?

It depends on volume, cost per run and who will maintain it. Zapier and Make are quick to set up; n8n can be self-hosted and is cheaper at high volume; code makes sense when the logic is complex. We recommend one in the proposal and explain why.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

We design every workflow so that uncertain cases go to a person: confidence thresholds, validation and a log of every decision. The AI does the heavy lifting; the final word on what matters stays with you.

Is my data used to train models?

We use the model providers’ business APIs, which under their current terms do not train on data sent to them, and we send only what is needed. If some data must not leave your infrastructure, we plan for self-hosted models.
